Maliwan Mech

Early on I wanted the Maliwan army to have some badass mechs to add to the ranks of their army. The idea stuck and I got the chance to take the idea through to the finish. The mechs were a lot of fun to work. I have a love of mecha and it was a dream come true to design a mech for this game. They move and attack just how I imagined they would and I love how they turned out!!

Initial Mech concepts. I liked these, but they were done in the Maliwan aethestic of Borderlands 2. When the finial look for Maliwan in BL3 was settled on I had to circle back and redo it which worked out well.
